Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) invites sealed bids for hiring an office building on rent in Multan for its Regional Office. The building should have 400-550 sq yards area with 6-8 spacious rooms, adequate washrooms, porch/parking space, and essential civic amenities including gas, water, and electricity. Preferred locations include Qazafi Road to General Bus Stand, Shah Rukn-e-Alam Colony, Bosan Road, and other government office areas. Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals in separate envelopes as per the single stage two envelope procedure. The technical proposals will be evaluated first, including physical inspection of the building, followed by opening of financial proposals of technically qualified bids. Bids are to be submitted by December 30, 2025, at OGRA's head office in Islamabad. OGRA reserves the right to accept or reject any bid as per PPRA rules.
