Tender Description

This tender invites qualified firms in Karachi to provide maintenance services for office equipment at the State Bank of Pakistan and its Banking Services Corporation. The scope covers two distinct packages: Business Appliances including fax machines, photocopiers, and projectors; and Utility Appliances such as microwave ovens, refrigerators, water dispensers, LED TVs, and electric fans. Bidders may participate in one or both packages, with separate evaluation and awards for each. The maintenance work requires technical expertise to ensure optimal functioning of diverse electronic and office equipment across SBP offices. The equipment is critical for daily operations, demanding timely repairs and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
