Tender Description
Pakistan Railways invites sealed bids for outsourcing the maintenance, operation and overhauling of DG sets equipped in power vans to provide electricity to train sets through Public Private Partnership. Eligible firms must be on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category.
Bids must be submitted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) with physical submission of bid security before closing. Bidding documents are available free of cost on official Pakistan Railways and PPRA websites. The bid opening will be held on 29-12-2025 at 11:30 hours at the office of Chief Electrical Engineer, Lahore.
