Tender Description
The Capital Development Authority invites electronic bids from reputable firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council with valid Registration Certificate in Category C-6 or above for plantation work to replace Paper Mulberry Trees to mitigate pollen allergy in Islamabad. This CSR project by OGDCL is for the year 2025-26 and requires bidders to prove eligibility and qualifications as per bidding documents.
Bids must be submitted online through E-PADS by 06.01.2026 at 11:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. The bid opening will be held on the same day at 12:00 PM at the Directorate of Environment (East), CDA office in Islamabad. Bid security in the form of Pay order/CDR is required. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all applications as per PPRA rules.
