Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the supply of three advanced CNC machines at Pakistan Aeronautical Complex Kamra, Punjab. The procurement includes a 4-axis horizontal CNC milling machine, a 3-axis CNC milling machine, and a CNC turn-mill machine, all designed for precision machining of hardened steel and aluminum alloys. The machines must meet stringent technical specifications including high positioning accuracy, repeatability, and advanced control systems from Siemens or FANUC with at least 10 years of support. The machines will be installed and commissioned at the AMF premises in Kamra, with the supplier responsible for all civil works and training of personnel.
The scope covers delivery, installation, commissioning, and training, including two weeks of certified CAD/CAM training and four weeks of operational training at AMF. The machines require robust power stabilization, air conditioning for electric cabinets, and safety enclosures. The supplier must provide comprehensive tool kits, consumable spares for two years, and factory pre-acceptance testing.
