The scope includes single dose syringes, auto-disable syringes, and bivalent oral polio vaccines with a 5% free quantity allowance. Delivery is expected at EPI warehouses across multiple locations including NIH, Chaki Shaikh, and Bhimber, with onward distribution to vaccination centers nationwide. The procurement demands strict adherence to pharmaceutical standards and regulatory compliance, ensuring safe and effective immunization supplies for public health initiatives.
Bidders should ensure they meet PEC category requirements and maintain valid FBR registration with ATL status for the fiscal year 2025-26. The tender requires submission of Earnest Money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) amounting to PKR 85,000 payable to the Secretary Ministry of Religious Affairs. Financial proposals must be accompanied by proper bid security and comply with PPRA rules 36(b).
The submission deadline is set for 26th January 2026 at 10:00 AM, with bid opening immediately thereafter in the Committee Room of the Ministry's office at 1st Floor, Kohsar Block, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes through the E-PADS system or physically delivered to the specified address.
