Tender Description
The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi (IBA) invites sealed bids for the provision, supply, installation, and commissioning of UPS systems including all necessary accessories. The contract includes a comprehensive three-year onsite warranty and support with 24x7 service and a maximum 4-hour response time. The scope covers supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of UPS equipment at IBA Main Campus, Karachi.
Bidders must be active taxpayers and meet eligibility criteria including relevant experience and financial turnover. Submission is via sealed envelope and online upload on SPPRA EPADS portal. The tender fee is Rs. 3,000 and bid security is 2% of the total bid amount. The deadline for submission is December 26, 2025, by 3:00 PM with bid opening at 3:30 PM at IBA Karachi.
