Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the procurement of 15 branded All in One desktop computers for National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Islamabad. The equipment includes 14th Generation Intel Core i7 processors, 32 GB RAM, 1 TB SSD storage, integrated GPU, wireless keyboard and mouse, and 23-24 inch Full HD displays. The operating system must be Microsoft Windows 11 Professional 64-bit OEM pre-installed, and the motherboard must support TPM 2.0. The delivery location is NADRA Central Store (NCS) Islamabad with a delivery timeline of 16-20 weeks. This procurement is part of NADRA's 2025-26 financial year plan to equip new staff with latest technology.
The tender follows a single stage two envelope procedure with electronic bid submission via EPADS portal only. Bidders must submit a bid security of Rs. 150,000 in acceptable form. The technical bid will be opened publicly on 9th February 2026 at 11:30 am at NADRA HQ Islamabad. The financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened thereafter.
