Tender Description
This tender invites sealed quotations for the purchase of a Belgian Malinois explosives search dog by the Pakistan Navy in Karachi. The procurement is managed by the 5th FP Battalion at PNAD Mauripur Hub River Road, Karachi, focusing on acquiring a highly trained dog aged 1-2 years, suitable for explosive detection tasks.
The Belgian Malinois breed is preferred for its agility, intelligence, and reliability in security operations. The dog will be used for specialized explosive detection duties, enhancing the operational capabilities of the Pakistan Navy in Karachi. Suppliers must ensure the dog meets the specified age and breed criteria and provide all necessary registration and tax documentation as per IT and GST requirements.
Bidders should be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and have an active ATL status for the fiscal year 2025-26. It is advisable to prepare the Technical Bid carefully, including all mandatory documents such as Earnest Money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR).
