Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the procurement and installation of 10 fixed type CCTV cameras along with allied accessories at Quetta International Airport under the Pakistan Airports Authority. The project involves supply of high-quality 2MP HD IP cameras from reputed brands like Dahua or Hikvision, network video recorders, PoE switches, optical fiber cables, and other related equipment. The installation will be carried out at Quetta International Airport, ensuring robust surveillance coverage with IP67 rated outdoor cameras and advanced AI features such as face detection and perimeter protection.
The technical specifications demand compliance with latest standards including H.265 video compression and support for multiple camera streams. The supplier must ensure delivery within 90 days from contract signing and provide a one-year warranty covering defects and performance issues. The tender requires bidders to be registered with NTN, GST, and appear on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR, ensuring compliance with tax regulations for the fiscal year 2025-26.
Bidders should prepare a technical bid accompanied by original bid security in the form of demand draft or bankers cheque of PKR 60,000, submitted physically before the closing date. Financial bids will be opened only for technically qualified bidders. The submission deadline is the 6th of April 2026, with bid opening scheduled shortly after.
