Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of radiology equipment including portable ultrasound and echocardiography systems in Islamabad. The procurement falls under medical and laboratory supplies category and targets the Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI)-II.
The scope includes provision of advanced radiology equipment on DAP basis for establishment at G-11/3 Islamabad. The procurement is managed by the Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) with a bidding security of 600,000 PKR and a bid validity of 180 days. Bidders must register on EPADS for participation.
RFP documents are available on the Punjab EPADS portal and the Federal PPRA website. Proposals must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 12th January 2026 at 2:30 PM. Manual bids will not be accepted and technical proposals will be opened the same day at 3:00 PM.
