Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the rehabilitation and provision of additional classrooms in existing primary schools located in UC Haji Mian Shah, Taluka and District Umerkot under the District ADP Program 2025-26. The Education Works Division Umerkot requires skilled contractors to execute civil works including excavation, brickwork, reinforced concrete, roofing, and finishing works. The project involves construction of two units, demanding careful site management and adherence to quality standards in a rural Sindh setting.
The scope covers comprehensive civil works such as foundation excavation, brick masonry, reinforced concrete with steel reinforcement, roofing with tiles, and finishing including plastering and painting. The site is in Umerkot, where climatic and soil conditions require durable materials and workmanship. Contractors must ensure proper curing, structural integrity, and compliance with technical specifications to meet the educational infrastructure needs.
Bidders must possess valid PEC registration appropriate for the contract value and demonstrate financial and technical capacity.
