Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the rehabilitation, renovation, and provision of missing facilities at the existing Primary School GBPS Muneem Palli located in UC Wali Dad Palli, Taluka & District Umerkot under the District ADP Program 2025-26. The Education Works Division Umerkot requires comprehensive civil works including dismantling, brickwork, reinforced concrete, roofing, carpentry, plumbing, and sanitary fittings. The site is situated in Umerkot, Sindh, and the project demands skilled workmanship and quality materials to ensure durability and compliance with local construction standards.
The scope covers structural repairs, installation of sanitary and water supply systems, electrical works, and finishing including painting and flooring. Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and possess the technical and financial capacity to complete the project within 16 months from the commencement date. The estimated cost is PKR 7.176 million with a bid security of 5% and performance security of 8%. The contract includes provisions for liquidated damages at 1% of the estimated cost for delays.
Bidders should ensure their PEC registration category matches the contract value and maintain an active FBR ATL status for the fiscal year 2025-26. The bid validity period is 90 days.
