Tender Description
Sialkot Tannery Association (Guarantee) Limited invites sealed bids on E-PADS for remaining works of CETP at Sialkot Tannery Zone. Bidders may quote for one or both lots with specified bid securities.
The tender includes two lots with bid securities of Rs. 1,400,000 and Rs. 100,000 respectively. Bids must be submitted through E-PADS by 2:30 PM on January 9, 2026. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for January 1, 2026 at 2:00 PM. Eligibility requires valid PEC C-4 license. Technical bids will be opened 30 minutes after submission, and financial bids of qualified bidders will be opened later on E-PADS. Tender documents are available on payment of Rs. 15,000 non-refundable fee.
