The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi invites electronic bids for the removal and refixing of porcelain tiles at the 2nd floor terraces of the Tabba Block. The scope includes dismantling existing tiles, providing and laying UV resistant full body porcelain floor tiles and skirting with approved materials and workmanship as per specifications. The work is to be completed within 30 days from the issuance of the work order. Bidders must be registered with SPPRA EPADS and relevant tax authorities. Mandatory site visit is scheduled for December 18, 2025 at 11 AM at IBA Main Campus. Bids must be submitted electronically via SPPRA EPADS system and original bid security delivered before bid opening. The tender document is available at IBA procurement office and online. Performance security of 5% of contract value is required from the successful bidder.
