The scope involves dismantling existing tiles and concrete, replacing sewerage and rainwater pipes, fixing steel door frames, installing deodar wood and PVC door shutters, laying glazed tiles, painting, and plumbing works. The site is located in Lahore, requiring careful coordination to minimize disruption while ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to engineering standards. The project budget is allocated for the financial year 2025-26 with a completion timeline of 60 days post-contract signing.
