This tender invites sealed bids for replacing a 450MVA 500/220kV auto transformer bank with a 600MVA 500/220kV unit at the 500kV Grid Station Sheikhupura under NGC funding. Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS by 5th January 2026 at 11:00 a.m. The scope includes the complete replacement of the transformer bank at the specified grid station. Eligible firms licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council can participate under PEC Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure. Bidders must provide a 2% refundable bid security and submit original documents to the Executive Engineer office in Lahore. Bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 11:30 a.m. No bids other than via EPADS will be accepted.
