Sale of Unserviceable Power Transformers at Grid Stations

Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites bids for the sale of old unserviceable power transformers located at various 132kV grid stations including Moro, Faridabad, Naushero Feroze, and Padidan in Sindh. This procurement is managed by the Chief Engineer (Development) PMU SEPCO Sukkur. The transformers are offered on an as-is-where-is basis and bidders must quote for the complete tender to be considered. Interested firms can inspect the materials from 16-04-2026 to 03-05-2026 during office hours at the designated grid stations. The scope includes lifting and disposal of scrap power transformers with capacities ranging from 2MVA to 40MVA. Bidders must account for all costs including weightment, counting, measuring, loading, labor, and transport charges. Firms blacklisted or debarred by any government or semi-government entity will be disqualified. The bid validity period is 90 calendar days from the date of bid opening. The tender will be opened on 30-06-2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives. The successful bidder will be responsible for timely removal of the awarded items within 21 working days of release order issuance.
