The scope also includes provision of cables as per NTDC standards for various QESCO operation circles. The procurement covers multiple operation circles including Quetta, Pishin, Loralai, Sibi, and Makran. Bidding documents and detailed instructions are available on the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) online portal. Only e-bids submitted via EPADS will be accepted, with hard copies required to be submitted to the Chief Engineer (Tech) QESCO Quetta office by the specified deadlines.
