It is advisable to ensure all documentation, including Earnest Money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), is prepared in compliance with government procurement rules to avoid disqualification.
The submission deadline is set for the **30th of June 2024** at **23:59:59**. Technical bids will be opened on the following working day at 10:00 AM at the Energy Department office in Lahore. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the specified address before the deadline.
Pro-Tip: Make sure to verify the stamp duty requirements mentioned in the newspaper advertisement as these are often overlooked and can lead to bid rejection. Also, double-check the technical specifications to align with the latest government energy efficiency standards.
