Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of 06KW hybrid solar power systems at multiple judicial locations in Larkana including the District Headquarters, Bar Associations, and courts at Ratodero and Dokri. The District & Sessions Court Larkana seeks to enhance energy reliability and reduce electricity costs by integrating high-efficiency solar panels, inverters, lithium batteries, and associated wiring and mounting structures. The systems will be installed with smart monitoring capabilities and designed to withstand local environmental conditions.
The procurement covers hybrid solar PV systems with minimum 645W solar panels, 5kWh LiFePO4 batteries, and inverters with over-voltage and short-circuit protections. Installation includes frames, wiring, DB boxes, and commissioning to ensure seamless integration with existing power infrastructure. The project demands adherence to quality standards, warranty commitments, and timely delivery within 30 calendar days from work order issuance.
Bidders must be registered with FBR and SRB, appear on the Active Taxpayer List, and demonstrate relevant experience with at least three similar contracts in the last three years. Compliance with PEC categories and submission of bid security and performance guarantees are mandatory. The tender follows the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (Amended) and requires submission of technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes.
The submission deadline is set for 03 February 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM at the Office of the 3rd Senior Civil Judge, Larkana. Interested bidders should submit bids physically in sealed envelopes addressed to the Chairman, Procurement Committee, District & Sessions Court, Larkana.
