Tender Description
This tender invites contractors in Kachhi, Balochistan, through the CWPP&H Department, for repair, construction, and solarization of civil dispensaries and basic health units (BHUs). The scope covers seven dispensaries and one BHU under the BSDI Phase-II health packages A to D. The works include civil construction, repair, and installation of solar energy systems, ensuring sustainable power supply to these health facilities.
The projects require expertise in civil engineering and solar energy installation, with materials and workmanship meeting government standards. The sites are spread across District Kachhi, demanding logistical planning and adherence to local conditions. Bidders must hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in category C-6 or above, with specialized codes EE11(i) and EE11(ii) for solar works, and CE10 for general building maintenance. Firms should be on the Active Taxpayer List and not blacklisted by any procuring agency. Financial capacity must be demonstrated with prior assignments matching specified turnover thresholds. Compliance with Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules 2014 is mandatory.
Submission deadline is set for 13-02-2026 at 12:00 PM, with bid opening at 1:00 PM the same day. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Executive Engineer-Buildings office in District Kachhi.
