Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) invites bids for the supply of 15,000 Static TOD Whole Current 3-Phase 4-Wire AMI Smart Energy Meters in Sindh. This procurement covers programmable multi-tariff meters with remote disconnect/reconnect relay and PTA verified 3G communication modules, compliant with latest DDS and IEC standards. The meters must be uni-directional but programmable for bi-directional use via optical port, operate at 3x230/400V, 10/100Amp, 50Hz, and have accuracy Class 1.0 (kWh). They must support remote metering systems with MDC driver software compliant with PITC-UDIL standards. Delivery is on FCS basis to HESCO regional stores in Hyderabad, Jamshoro, and Nawabshah within 90 days. The supplier is responsible for unloading. Inspection and testing will be conducted by Chief Engineer (MI) PPMC Lahore and HESCO representatives. Bid security of PKR 7,500,000 is required.
