Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Abbottabad invites bids for procurement of general stationery, machinery, equipment, and sports items. The procurement is conducted through E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADs) under KPPRA Rules 2014. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and active on the Active Taxpayers List. Bid documents are available from the Admin Section or can be downloaded from the EPADs portal. Bids must be submitted online with required bid security and documents before the closing date. Original bid security must be submitted physically in a sealed envelope before the deadline. Bids will be opened on the closing date in the presence of the procurement committee. The quoted rates must remain valid for 45 days. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per KPPRA rules. Samples can be inspected at the BISE Abbottabad store section during office hours.
