Prequalification of Machinery Suppliers for Supply, Installation & Commissioning of Industrial Stitching Machines under 1000-Industrial Stitching Units Phase-II Project

This tender invites experienced and financially sound Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), authorized dealers, or agents in Pakistan to prequalify for supplying, installing, and commissioning industrial stitching machines under the 1000-Industrial Stitching Units Phase-II Project in Lahore by SMEDA. The project supports export-oriented SMEs in textile-related sectors by providing matching grants to upgrade or establish stitching units with high-quality machinery. The scope includes a wide range of stitching machines such as lock stitch, overlock, button holing, embroidery, fabric cutters, and other related equipment. Suppliers must demonstrate capability for installation, commissioning, and after-sales support including training and maintenance. The project is funded by the Public Sector Development Programme and aims to enhance productivity and export competitiveness of SMEs in Lahore and beyond. Applicants must be legally registered, NTN and Sales Tax compliant, on the Active Taxpayers List, and have at least five years of relevant experience with proven public sector projects. They must provide warranties, ensure spare parts availability for three years, and submit a performance guarantee. Compliance with PEC categories and FBR/ATL status is essential for eligibility in the 2025-26 financial year.
