Supply of chemicals, microbial cultural media, kits, glassware, plastic ware and repair of laboratory equipment

The Veterinary Research Institute Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar invites bids for the supply of chemicals, microbial cultural media, kits, glassware, plastic ware and repair of laboratory equipment for the Financial Year 2026-27. This procurement is aimed at supporting the research and diagnostic capabilities of the institute by providing essential laboratory consumables and maintenance services. Items being procured: - Chemicals - Microbial cultural media - Kits - Glassware - Plastic ware - Repair of laboratory equipment The technical scope includes the supply of high-quality chemicals and microbial media suitable for veterinary research purposes, along with various laboratory kits and glassware. Additionally, plastic ware items are required to support daily laboratory operations. The tender also covers repair services for laboratory machinery and equipment, ensuring operational efficiency and longevity of the instruments. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR as active taxpayers and have relevant experience in supplying laboratory chemicals and equipment or providing repair services. The tender follows a single stage, two envelope procedure. Bidders must submit a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of 0.15 million PKR for each category as bid security. The original CDR must be submitted in a sealed envelope before the closing date. Key dates include a pre-bid meeting on 16.07.2026 at 10:00 AM and tender submission by 23.07.2026 at 09:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 10:00 AM. Bidding documents and specifications are available on EPADS and the official Livestock & Dairy Development Department website. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely submission of bids through EPADS and to carefully prepare the technical and financial bids separately as per the two-envelope procedure.
