Tender Description
The Federal Service Tribunal Islamabad is procuring a comprehensive range of stationery and miscellaneous items for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for Islamabad and Rawalpindi based dealers and suppliers. The scope includes supply of various stationery items such as ball point pens, binding tapes, calculators, diaries, envelopes, files, gum sticks, highlighters, ink bottles, notebooks, paper reams, printer toners, and photostat machine toners. Additionally, miscellaneous items like air fresheners, batteries, disinfectants, LED bulbs, cleaning supplies, and office accessories are also included.
The procurement will be conducted by the Federal Service Tribunal located at 47, Ataturk Avenue, G-5/2, Islamabad. Suppliers must ensure that all goods are brand new, genuine, and conform to the specifications and approved samples. The contract will be a rate contract with supply orders issued as and when required. Eligible bidders must have a registered office or delivery facility in Islamabad or Rawalpindi, be registered with the Registrar Firms or SECP, and hold valid FBR registration including NTN and STRN. Experience in supplying similar items to federal government departments and possession of performance certificates is mandatory. Manufacturer authorization certificates for paper reams and toners are preferred.
The tender process follows the Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2004. Bids must be submitted online via the E-PAD system and hard copies with a bid security of Rs.40,000 in the form of a pay order favoring the DDO, Federal Service Tribunal, Islamabad. The deadline for submission is 30th June 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Late, incomplete, conditional, or blacklisted bidders will be disqualified.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all required documents such as NTN, STRN, vendor registration, financial strength proofs, and manufacturer authorization certificates are complete and attached.
