Tender Description
This tender invites proposals for selecting a training company to provide capacity building for the IT industry in specialized technologies and platforms under the PSEB project. The selected firm will deliver soft skills training to IT professionals.
The procurement is conducted under a single stage, two envelope bidding procedure with evaluation criteria outlined in the RFP. Proposals must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 7th January 2026 at 3:00 PM. The training company will support the Prime Minister's Initiative for capacity building in IT, focusing on specialized technologies and platforms. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and submit bid security and eligibility documents as per instructions. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 3:30 PM in Islamabad.
