Tender Description
Heavy Industries Taxila, Supply Chain Management Directorate invites bids for procurement of Vacuum Pressure Gauge 0~-0.1Mpa along with 30 related items in Taxila, Punjab under Electronics & Appliances category. This tender covers supply of precision vacuum pressure gauges and associated pneumatic and hydraulic components essential for maintenance and operational efficiency of heavy industrial machinery at HIT Taxila.
The scope includes supply of vacuum pressure gauges, pneumatic valves, thermostatic valves, solenoid valves, safety valves, regulators, pressure gauges, clamps, hoses, and other related items. These components are critical for the Heavy Rebuild Factory (M Series) at HIT Taxila. The procurement demands adherence to technical specifications, OEM certifications, and quality standards. Delivery is expected within 2 months after contract signing, with inspection and acceptance at HIT premises. The engineering challenge lies in ensuring compatibility and interchangeability of supplied items with existing systems, maintaining operational reliability in a demanding industrial environment.
Bidders must comply with PEC registration requirements and hold valid NTN and Sales Tax registrations. Firms should be registered or provisionally registered with HIT and meet the eligibility criteria under DPP&I-35. Bid security must be submitted as per instructions, and firms must provide audited financial reports for the last three years. Compliance with FBR/ATL status and submission of active tax payer certificates for 2025-26 is mandatory. The tender validity is 180 days extendable by 90 days.
