1. Who We Are

2. How We Collect Tender Data

Tender information published on our platform is obtained from publicly available sources, including but not limited to:

Government e-procurement portals (e.g. PPRA, BPPRA, SPPRA, KPPRA, AJKPPRA and similar)
Public newspaper tender notices and official gazettes
Other publicly accessible tender publications

This data is collected using automated software (scrapers) and then read, extracted, and structured using AI and machine-processing tools. Because this process is automated, the resulting data may differ from the original source. The official published notice always takes precedence over anything shown on our website.

3. Information We Collect From You

When you register or use the Service, we may collect:

Account information — name, email address, phone number, and a password (stored in encrypted/hashed form).
Alert preferences — the keywords, cities, provinces, and categories you set as filters.
Payment confirmation — screenshots you upload to confirm a payment. See Section 6.
Usage & activity data — pages you visit, time spent, device type, approximate location (from IP), referrer, and similar analytics, collected to improve the Service.

5. Cookies & Tracking

6. Payments

Payments are made manually through mobile wallet or bank transfer (such as JazzCash / EasyPaisa), and you confirm them by uploading a screenshot. We do not collect, process, or store any debit/credit card numbers, CVV codes, bank login credentials, or full financial account details. Payment screenshots are used solely to verify and activate your subscription.

7. Third-Party Services

To operate the Service, we use trusted third-party providers, which may process limited data on our behalf:

Email delivery — to send alerts and service emails to your inbox.
Messaging — messaging platforms (such as WhatsApp) where you choose to contact us or opt in.
Hosting & infrastructure — to run and secure the website.

Tender data is AI-processed and may be incorrect or outdated. You are solely responsible for verifying all details (deadlines, amounts, documents, eligibility) directly from the official issuing authority before taking any action, submitting any bid, or making any business or financial decision.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage — including missed tenders, missed deadlines, lost business, or financial loss — arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or its data.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.

12. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
