Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the supply and installation of a 06 KW solar system at the Bar of Tando Adam, under the District and Sessions Court, Sanghar. The project involves delivering high-quality hybrid solar equipment including a 6 KW Inverex Nitrox inverter, 14 Tier-1 Mono PERC solar panels, lithium-ion battery bank, and all necessary mounting structures and electrical components. The installation will be completed on reinforced concrete pedestals with proper waterproofing and protection, ensuring durability and efficiency in the Sanghar region.
The scope covers supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of the complete solar system. The system is designed to meet stringent technical specifications such as 97% inverter efficiency, 25-year solar panel performance warranty, and robust mounting capable of withstanding winds up to 150 km/h. The site location in Sanghar requires careful engineering to ensure optimal solar exposure and system reliability.
Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), and be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Compliance with PEC categories is advised, and bidders should ensure their technical and financial proposals meet all requirements. The tender demands earnest money of PKR 30,000 and a non-refundable tender fee of PKR 1,000. Performance guarantees and warranties of at least one year are mandatory.
