07x Special Maintenance Works and 01x Highway Safety Work on CPEC-HT (E-35)

The National Highway Authority (NHA) Northern Areas Region Abbottabad is re-inviting e-Bids from contractors registered with Income Tax Departments and active taxpayers on the FBR list, holding valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in Category C-5 or above with specialization in CE-01 & CE-10. The procurement involves 07 special maintenance works on N-35 and 02 special maintenance works on CPEC-HT (E-35), including 01 highway safety work on CPEC-HT (E-35) in Abbottabad and surrounding areas. Items being procured: - Construction of PCC Shoulders & Repair of Drain at KM 90~93+250 on N-35 - Construction of PCC Shoulders & Repair of Drain at KM 58+500~60 on N-35 - Construction of 50x Security Post at both sides of the bridges on CPEC-HT (E-35) - Protection works on Shoulgrah Bridge at KM 231~232 (KKH) on N-35 - Repair/Maintenance and Beautification of Abbottabad City at KM 68~78 on N-35 - Construction of 2x Precast Box Culvert near PSO and Rescue 1122 Office Battagram at KM 162 & KM 165 on N-35 - Provision/Installation of Solar System, CCTV Camera and Flash Lights at 14x Security Posts on CPEC-HT (E-35) - Installation of Traffic Road Signs (Category 3C) at both sides of Tunnel on CPEC-HT (E-35) The scope covers civil construction, repair, maintenance, installation of security infrastructure including solar systems and CCTV cameras, and traffic signage along key highway routes. The works are to be executed on N-35 and CPEC-HT (E-35) routes in the Abbottabad region. Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC in Category C-5 or above with specialization CE-01 & CE-10, and must be active taxpayers with valid FBR registration. Bid security amounts vary per contract, ranging from PKR 27,259 to PKR 640,070. Bidding documents and detailed terms will be available for free download from the NHA e-Bidding website starting September 28, 2026. Technical e-Bids must be submitted by October 06, 2026, at 1130 hours, with technical bids opening the same day at 1200 hours. All firms are advised to obtain EPADS (PPRA) registration at www.eprocure.gov.pk immediately, as manual hard copy bids will be eliminated in upcoming procurements.
