The Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, through the National Institute of Excellence in Teacher Education (NIETE), invites proposals from qualified service providers for the development of virtual/digital training contents and programs. These programs are aimed at secondary school teachers of Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) schools and colleges. The scope includes content development, digitization, delivery design, assessments, and quality assurance, with a focus on engaging, interactive, and pedagogically sound training modules. The assignment is structured into three progressive levels of training for teachers, covering novice to advanced levels. The service provider will be responsible for the end-to-end development and integration of these training programs into the MoFE&PT/NIETE Learning Management System (LMS). The contract duration is expected to be 4 to 5 months, with a phased delivery and payment schedule. Bids are to be submitted online through the PPRA e-Procurement portal (EPADS).
