Tender Description
This consultancy opportunity is offered by the PAEC Foundation in Islamabad for identification and acquisition of commercially viable urban land parcels in major cities of Punjab. The project focuses on land acquisition consultancy, targeting commercial and residential land opportunities to support urban development in Punjab.
The scope includes market surveys, investment potential assessments, and conducting legal, technical, and financial due diligence on proposed sites. The consultant will assist in negotiations with landowners and developers and provide advisory services for acquisition and transfer processes in line with applicable laws. The work demands expertise in real estate consultancy, land acquisition advisory, and property development within Punjab's urban context.
Interested firms should be registered with relevant Pakistani authorities such as SECP and have at least 10 years of experience in real estate consultancy and land transactions.
