Tender Description
Dow University of Health Sciences Karachi invites electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for the procurement of a wide range of pharmaceutical products including drugs, medicines, nutrition supplements, contrast media, surgical disposables, cardiology, cath lab and allied items. The procurement is conducted under the Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure as per Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010. Bidders must be registered manufacturers or authorized distributors with valid licenses and active taxpayer status. The contract is for an initial period of twelve months with possible extension of six months subject to performance.
The bidding documents are available online and bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by January 6, 2026, 11:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. The tender includes detailed terms and conditions, eligibility criteria, and evaluation methodology. Performance security of 2% of contract value is required.
