The Wildlife Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites reputable consultancy firms to conduct feasibility studies for the project "Establishment of Safari Park in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa" located at Misri Banda Tehsil Jehangira, District Nowshera. The procurement will be carried out using the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method under a Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). The consultancy firms must have valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and relevant tax authorities, along with experience in zoo, safari park, recreational parks, or similar projects. The firms are required to submit technical and financial proposals in sealed envelopes by the specified deadline. A pre-bid meeting will be held at Peshawar Zoo to clarify any queries from interested firms.
