Tender Description
This tender invites sealed quotations from reputed firms and authorized dealers for the provision and procurement of various items and services for the financial year 2025-26. The scope includes miscellaneous stores and services, renovation and upgradation, repair and maintenance services with store, construction materials, solar system fittings and fixtures, and transportation/freight forwarding along with all engineering services.
The quotations must be submitted by 26th December 2025 at 0900 hours and will be opened the same day at 0930 hours. The rate quoted by bidders will remain valid until 30th June 2026. The Commanding Officer reserves the right to reject any or all quotations at any time by assigning plausible reasons.
