The scope includes 3 years enhanced telephone and technical 24x7 support, advanced hardware, firmware and general updates, security services, antivirus, IP reputation, credential stuffing defense, FortiSandbox, GEO DB, fuzzy web shell DB, threat analytics, and advanced malware protection for FortiWeb 2000F devices. Additionally, FortiAnalyzer support with firmware updates and enhanced telephone support is included. The delivery timeline is 4 weeks with a turnkey nature of procurement. The bidder must be an OEM authorized partner and provide all required documentation including compliance sheets and satisfactory performance certificates. Payment will be made after delivery and successful quality check. Performance security of 10% of contract price is required.
