The University of Haripur invites sealed tenders from reputable, registered, and tax-compliant firms for the supply of brand-new tyres for university vehicles. The procurement is planned under a one-year extendable rate contract with purchases made as and when required during the contract period. The bidding process will be conducted electronically via the EPADS platform. Bidders must submit their electronic bids by January 6, 2026, at 10:00 AM. A security deposit of Rs 100,000 in the form of a bank draft or call deposit is required. The bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM in the Procurement Office of the University. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per KPPRA and PPRA rules.
