Tender Description

The Pakhtunkhwa Highways Authority (PKHA) of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is seeking expressions of interest for the construction of a 42.3 km road connecting the Indus Highway (N-55) at the takeoff of Bannu Link Road to Hakla - Yarik - D.I Khan Motorway (M-14). The project aims to enhance regional connectivity and link far-flung areas with Pakistan's motorway network, particularly in the southern region. The project will be developed as a class-2 highway with fencing and a 2-lane single carriageway. The private party will be responsible for design, finance, construction, operation, maintenance, and management of the road under a concession agreement. The concessionaire will have exclusive rights to collect tolls and other revenues during the concession period, after which the project will be transferred back to PKHA.
