Tender Description
This tender invites consulting firms to pre-qualify for conducting third-party evaluation and validation of Public Sector Development Program (PSDP) projects funded by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan. The evaluation aims to assess progress, validate outputs, evaluate efficiency, identify challenges, and provide recommendations for improving project design and sustainability.
The scope covers three categories of HEC-funded projects: General University Projects including civil works and infrastructure, Human Resource Development projects including scholarships, and Technological and IT-related projects. The assignment includes document review, site visits, data collection, analysis, and reporting over a duration to be specified per task.
