Tender Description
National Energy Efficiency & Conservation Authority (NEECA) is seeking qualified and registered firms or contractors for the provision of janitorial services in its multi-storied office building located in Islamabad. The scope includes operations and maintenance related to cleaning and janitorial tasks to ensure a clean and well-maintained office environment.
Bidding will be conducted under the National Competitive Bidding process pursuant to Rule 36(b) of Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and the EPADS portal, and submit bids both online and in hard copy. The contract aims to engage a financially sound firm with proper office setup and experience in similar services.
