Tender Description
Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) invites authorized ground handling companies to submit proposals for comprehensive ground handling services at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL). The contract duration is three years with a 60-day exit clause. Services include passenger handling, ramp services, load control, cargo and mail warehouse management, support services, and security, adhering to IATA SGHA 2018 standards.
The tender requires bidders to provide detailed technical and financial proposals, including certifications, employee details, client references, and financial statements. The evaluation will be based on a 50-50 technical and financial weightage. The handling agent must ensure compliance with PIA's service level agreements, safety standards, and performance indicators, with penalties for non-compliance.
