Feasibility Study and Transaction Advisory Services for Aquaculture Park Project in Sindh under Public-Private Partnership Mode

The Sindh Economic Zones Management Company (SEZMC) invites proposals for a comprehensive consultancy assignment to conduct a feasibility study and provide transaction advisory services for the development of an Aquaculture Park Project in Sindh under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) framework. The assignment includes technical, financial, legal, environmental, and social assessments, master planning, and preparation of bidding documents to facilitate private sector investment. The consultancy will be executed in three phases: transaction preparation including feasibility and planning studies, bid management including preparation and evaluation of bidding documents, and transaction negotiations leading to financial close. The contract duration is eighteen months, with payments linked to deliverables and milestones. The assignment aims to establish a sustainable, export-oriented aquaculture cluster in District Thatta, enhancing private investment and economic growth in the sector.
