QESCO invites e-bids from eligible manufacturers or authorized distributors and suppliers registered on EPADs for the procurement of personal protective equipment (PPE) items including insulated rubber gloves and safety boots. The procurement is intended for the Regional Store QESCO Quetta and will follow PPRA rules on a Free Consignee’s Store (FCS) basis. The bidding process will be conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) online portal using a single stage one envelope method for tender T-2024. Bidders must submit electronic bids along with bid security and a hard copy of bidding documents before the scheduled submission date. Tender opening will be held at the QESCO Quetta office in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
