Repair and Maintenance Works of Residential and Non-Residential Accommodation, Electrical and Water Supply Works at Quetta, Zhob, Loralai, Chaman and Cantt Areas

The tender invites sealed bids for repair and maintenance of residential and non-residential accommodations, abnormal repair works, and allied miscellaneous works at Quetta, Zhob, Loralai, and Chaman. It also includes repair and maintenance of 32 lightning conductors at HQ 41 Division Quetta and electrical and water supply works at Quetta, Chaman, Zhob, and Loralai Cantt under Garrison Engineer (Army) Quetta-II. Contractors enlisted with MES in Category 'E' and above are eligible to apply. Contractors from other departments like PWD, KDA, CDA, and WAPDA may also participate if approved. Tender submissions must comply with MES Schedule of Rates 2021 and reach before the specified deadline. Security deposits and earnest money requirements apply as per tender conditions.
