Tender Description
This tender invites sealed quotations from reputed firms and authorized dealers for the provision and procurement of various stores and services for the financial year 2025-26. The scope includes miscellaneous stores, renovation and upgradation works, repair and maintenance services with store sales, construction materials, solar system installation and fixtures, as well as transportation and freight forwarding services.
All quotations must be submitted by 26th December 2025 at 09:00 hours and will be opened the same day at 09:30 hours in the presence of bidders. The validity of the bids is up to 30th June 2026. The Commanding Officer reserves the right to reject any or all quotations at any time with plausible reasons. Bidders must be registered with FBR and have at least ten years of experience to be eligible.
