Maintenance and Upgradation of Newly Established SMEDA Office at Evacuee Trust Complex, Islamabad including Civil Works, Electrical Installation, HVAC, Plumbing, Furniture and Security Systems

This tender invites bids for the maintenance and upgradation of the newly established SMEDA office located at Evacuee Trust Complex, Islamabad. The scope includes comprehensive civil works such as glass partitions, false ceilings, flooring, doors, and sanitary installations. Electrical works encompass concealed wiring, lighting, power plugs, and installation of air conditioning units. The project also covers furnishing with high-quality office furniture including executive tables, chairs, sofas, and reception counters. Additionally, security systems including CCTV cameras and intercoms are to be installed. The contract duration is 60 days from commencement, with a defect liability period of 12 months. Bidders must be registered with PEC in category C-3 or above and comply with all eligibility criteria. The procurement will be conducted through a national competitive bidding process using electronic submission via EPADS.
