The required office spaces range from 1500 to 3500 sq ft with essential facilities including public and staff washrooms, independent entrance, security, and accessibility by public transport. The buildings must have dedicated electrical connections, water facilities, ramps for disabled access, space for signage and generators, and rooftop provisions for satellite and solar installations. The tenancy is preferred for a longer period, ideally 10 years. Bidding will be conducted through the E-Procurement system with separate technical and financial bids.
