Tender Description
Pakistan State Oil (PSO) invites sealed electronic bids through the SAP Ariba portal from eligible SAP Certified Partners for the development, implementation, and supply of a Business Process Reengineering (BPR) program. The procurement is planned for the financial years 2025-2029 and follows the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, under a two-stage two-envelope bidding procedure.
Bidders must be authorized Principal Solution Certified Partners for SAP in Pakistan and authorized partners of the LCNC platform proposed. Bid security of PKR 10 million is required in the form of Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Bank Guarantee. Bids must be submitted electronically via SAP Ariba only, with no physical bids accepted.
